Caged Ball

High Speed Model SBN-V

The circulation structure feature allows the balls to be picked up tangential to the direction of movement. The circulation components have been strengthened, increasing the DN value to 160,000 (small type: 130,000).

High Speed Model SBN

A return-pipe type Ball Screw that has a circulation structure where balls are picked up in the tangential direction and is provided with a strengthened circulation path, thus to achieve a DN value of 130,000.

High Speed and Large-Lead Model SBK

With this Ball Screw, a compact structure is achieved as a result of adopting the offset preloading method, which shifts two rows of grooves of the ball screw nut.

Small-type Model SBK

As a result of adopting the offset preloading method, which shifts two rows of grooves of the ball screw nut, a compact structure is achieved.

Compact Type SDA-V/SDA-VZ

A ball screw with newly developed circulation components that give it an ideal ball circulation structure. (Maximum DN value: 160,000)The nut dimensions conform to DIN standards (DIN69051). Furthermore, the use of the newly developed thin film seal reduces the length of the nut, achieving a more compact design for the device. This is the full-ball type version of the Model SDA-V. (Maximum DN value: 130,000)

High Load Model HBN

With the optimal design for high loads, this Ball Screw model achieves a rated load more than twice the conventional type.

High-load High-speed Ball Screw Model SBKH

Model SBKH is a ball screw that achieves a high load carrying capacity and is capable of highspeed operation (92 m/min at a maximum).

Precision

Model BIF-V

The right and the left screws are provided with a phase in the middle of the ball screw nut, and an axial clearance is set at a below-zero value (under a preload). This compact model is capable of a smooth motion.

Slim nut Model DIK

A deflector-type Ball Screw in which the right and left screws are provided with a phase in the middle of the ball screw nut, and an axial clearance is set at a below-zero value (under a preload).

Rotary nut Model DIR

A nut-rotating Ball Screw in which a defector-type ball screw nut is integrated with a support bearing.

Model BNFN-V

The most common type with a preload provided via a spacer between the two combined ball screw nuts to eliminate the backlash. It can be mounted using the bolt holes drilled on the fl ange.

Double-nut Preload Model BNFN

The most common type with a preload provided via a spacer between the two combined ball screw nuts to eliminate backlash.

Slim nut Model DKN

A deflector-type Ball Screw in which a preload is provided via a spacer between the two combined ball screw nuts to achieve a below-zero axial clearance (under a preload).

Large Lead Model BLW

Since a preload is provided through a spacer between two large lead nuts, this Ball Screw model is capable of high-speed feed without backlash.

Single nut Model BNF

The simplest type with a single ball screw nut.

Model BNF-V

The simplest type with a single ball screw nut. It is designed to be mounted using the bolt holes drilled on the fl ange.

Square Nut Model BNT

Since mounting screw holes are drilled on the square ball screw nut, this model can compactly be mounted on the machine without a housing.

Slim nut Model DK

The most compact Ball Screw with the outer diameter of its ball screw nut being 70 to 80% of that of the return-pipe type.

Miniature Model MDK

A miniature type with a screw shaft diameter of φ4 to φ14 mm and a lead of 1 to 5mm.

Large-lead High-speed Model WHF

This Ball Screw for high-speed feed achieves a DN value of 120,000 by using a new circulation structure.

Large Lead Model BLK

With this Ball Screw, the shaft diameter is the same as the lead dimension.

Super Lead Model WGF

With this Ball Screw, the lead length is 1.5 to 3 times greater than the shaft diameter.

Large Lead Rotary nut Model BLR

A nut-rotating ball screw that has an integrated structure consisting of a ball screw nut and a support bearing.

Precision Ball Screw / Spline

Linear-Rolling Motion Model BNS

Linear Motion Model NS

Rolled

Slim nut Model JPF

This Ball Screw achieves zero-backlash through a constant preloading method by shifting the phase with the central part of a simple nut as the spring structure.

Standard nut Model BTK-V

A compact, round type Ball Screw with a ball screw nut incorporated with a return pipe. The flange circumference is cut flat at the top and bottom, allowing the shaft center to be positioned low.

Miniature Model MTF

A miniature type with a screw shaft diameter of φ6 to φ12 mm and a lead of 1 to 2 mm.

Square Nut Model BNT

Since mounting screw holes are drilled on the square ball screw nut, this model can compactly be mounted on the machine without a housing.

Large Lead Model BLK

With this Ball Screw, the shaft diameter is the same as the lead dimension.

Super Lead Model WTF

Using an end-cap method, these models achieve stable motion in high-speed rotation.

Super Lead (High Load ) Model CNF

With a combination of 4 rows of large-lead loaded grooves and a long nut, this Ball Screw achieves a long service life.

Large Lead Rotary nut Model BLR

A nut-rotating ball screw that has an integrated structure consisting of a ball screw nut and a support bearing.

Standard-Stock Precision Ball Screw (Unfinished Shaft Ends)

Offset Preload Model BIF

With this Ball Screw, the right and left screws are provided with a phase in the middle of the ball screw nut to achieve a below-zero axial clearance (under a preload).

Miniature Model MDK

A miniature type with a screw shaft diameter of Φ4 to Φ14 mm and a lead of 1 to 5mm.

Miniature Model MBF

A miniature type with a screw shaft diameter of Φ4 to Φ14 mm and a lead of 1 to 4mm.
