Inquiry Procedure

Entry of inquiry contents:
- Select the inquiry type.
- Check the customer's information.
- After entering the inquiry contents, click the [Go to Inquiry Contents Confirmation Screen] button at the bottom right.
- Up to 3 attached files with a total file capacity of 3 MB can be attached.
Inquiry Contents Confirmation:

After checking the inquiry type, contents, etc., click the [Send] button.
The inquiry contents are sent to the section in charge.
