- Select the model, size, mounting orientation, number of rails, and number of blocks.
- Enter each item. The details of the various contents to be entered are as follows.
[Velocity]
Enter the maximum velocity of the LM guide whose life is being calculated.(V>0)
[Acceleration Time]
Enter the time required to reach the maximum velocity and the time required to stop from the maximum velocity.(T1>0)
[Load Factor]
Click [help] on the right side of the relevant item.
[Stroke Length]
Enter the LM block travel distance.(Ls>0)
[Number of Reciprocations per Minute]
Enter the number of reciprocations per minute.(N1>0)
Click the [Next Page] button.
- Enter the various items. The details of the various items to be entered are as follows.
[Thrust Position]
Enter the thrust position.
[Rail Span]
Enter a value greater than the block width BW.
[Block Span]
Enter a value greater than the block length BL.
[Mass]
Enter a value other than zero for one of the m1, m2, and m3 locations.
[Barycentric Position]
Enter the barycentric position.
Click the [Calculate] button.
- The calculation result can be saved as a PDF file for later use.
