  • [Service Life Calculation of LM Guide Actuator]

    1. Select the model, model number, rail length, and mounting orientation.

      A rail length other than the standard length can be entered.

      Click the [Next] button.

    2. Enter the various items. The details of the various contents to be entered are as follows.

      [Velocity]
      Enter the maximum velocity to be used.(V>0)
      [Acceleration Time]
      Enter the time required to reach the maximum velocity and the time required to stop from the maximum velocity.(T1>0)
      [Load Factor]
      A reference value is automatically entered based on the velocity that has been entered.
      [Stroke Length]
      Enter a value equal to or lower than the allowable stroke range and greater than 0.
      [Number of Reciprocations per Minute]
      Enter the number of reciprocations per minute.(N1>0)
      If this field is left blank, the service life cannot be calculated. The rated service life can be calculated.

      Click the [Next] button.

    3. Enter the various items. The details of the various items to be entered are as follows.

      [Mass]
      Enter a value other than zero for one of the m1, m2, and m3 locations.
      [Barycentric Position]
      Enter the barycentric position.

      Click the [Calculate] button.

    4. The calculation result can be saved as a PDF file for later use.

      A PDF file creation button is provided at the top of the screen.
